Get ready for the excitement and intensity of the PBJJF Boston Spring International Open! This long-awaited event is scheduled to take place on April 27, 2024 and promises to be a spectacle of Jiu-Jitsu skills and strategies.
The event will be held at the NECC Community College – NECC HAVERHILL CAMPUS – Sports & Fitness Center, located on College Ave, Haverhill, MA 01830. Doors will open at 8am and the event will begin at **9am **.
This tournament is organized by the Federação Profissional Brasileira de Jiu Jitsu (PBJJF) and follows a double elimination format. This means that even if an athlete loses a match, they will still have the opportunity to compete for third place in another bracket.
Registration for the event is now open and athletes can register until April 25, 2024. Please note that this tournament is pre-registration only and entries will not be accepted on the day of the event.
Athletes must be aware of the uniform rules. For the Kimono category, only white, royal blue and black kimonos are permitted. For the NoGi category, adult athletes of both sexes must wear a tight-fitting elastic shirt that covers the torso up to the waist of the shorts, in black, white or black and white.
